About The Position

Source is seeking an HR Business Partner to own key people decisions as the company scales. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role sets hiring standards and strategy, shapes candidate selection, coaches managers through hiring and employee-development decisions, and serves as a trusted partner on employee relations and performance. Source describes itself as an AI-native company, using automation for repetitive work so this role can focus on judgment, sensitive situations, and building a culture that attracts and retains strong employees. The role partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions and interview plans, set sourcing strategies, design thoughtful AI-assisted hiring processes, make candidate advancement decisions, coach interviewers, and deliver a strong candidate experience. It also develops onboarding and training frameworks, supports 30/60/90-day reviews, and helps integrate employees joining through acquisitions. The HR Business Partner handles employee relations escalations confidentially, advises managers on performance concerns through formal plans and separations, and advises on compensation, promotion, and leveling decisions. The role applies the company's compensation framework consistently, flags inequities, and identifies when legal review is needed. This is a fully remote position. The stated annual salary range is $130,000–$145,000. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Source does not provide employment visa sponsorship.
