About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners with leaders and employees to support day-to-day HR operations and drive a positive employee experience. This role provides guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR programs. The HRBP acts as a trusted resource to leaders and employees while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent in related work experience
  • 3 or more years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, and performance management required.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification a plus.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees regarding company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
  • Support performance management, coaching, corrective action, and employee development efforts.
  • Promote a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Escalate complex employee relations matters as appropriate.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  • Process personnel changes including promotions, transfers, status changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare and analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, retention, staffing levels, and headcount trends.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Track Daily Attendance for Hourly Staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Interpret and administer company policies consistently and fairly.
  • Maintain required documentation and support internal and external audits.
  • Assist with investigations and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Assist with communication strategies and organizational change initiatives.
  • Participate in employee feedback and engagement survey action planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new programs, systems, and technologies.
