Our corporate Supply Chain organization is at the heart of that evolution, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help shape the people strategy that powers it. As the HRBP supporting Market Delivery, Transportation/Final Mile, and Fulfillment Operations, you and the Director HR Business Partner will partner directly with senior officers and their leadership teams to develop and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy. This is a strategic, corporate-level role focused on enabling business growth and transformation across the enterprise Supply Chain network. You’ll lead work in organization design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent strategy, ensuring that structure, capability, and culture align to business objectives. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders navigating transformation, helping them build strong teams and deliver results that shape the customer experience at scale. Success in this role requires strong judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, the ability to simplify complex business challenges, and the confidence to provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.
