We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and strategic minded HR Business Partner who demonstrates high levels of independence and ownership. This influential role offers the opportunity to support and engage with team members at every level—from hourly associates to senior leadership— both in person and virtually. As an HR Business Partner, you will champion impactful initiatives that promote growth, engagement, and excellence throughout the organization. In this role, you will oversee Human Resources operations and address complex employee relations matters for both the corporate and field customer care call center, the virtual sales team, as well as additional opportunities across the Signet enterprise. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s financial and strategic objectives by implementing effective HR practices. Additionally, you will advise leadership across all HR functions, including regulatory compliance, career development, organizational design, change management, and performance management.
