Job Title HR Business Partner Provide HR consultative services for a manufacturing facility by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle. Proactively identify and raise talent related concerns. Balance consultative and operational tasks effectively to optimize HR business partner impact. Under supervision, provide consultative support on straight forward people related matters pertaining to the facility. Understand and implement established HR related programs at the facility in support of the employee life cycle. Learn the business environment, objectives, and people implications in order to help the facility meet and exceed its financial and operational metrics. Complete hiring and onboarding activities for the facility. With support, manage employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills. Help with supervisors in preparing documentation such as corrective action or development plans. Ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide training and present information to employees and managers in large and small group formats. Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver employee related programs. Assist and/or perform in any and all areas as assigned. First HR point of contact for all employee related questions at the facility.
