In this role you will work closely with the Human Resources team and other business leaders in developing and implementing HR initiatives, programs and processes. In addition, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for employee relations, proactive partnership with leaders, performance and talent management, and ongoing HR employee related items.

Requirements

  • Education: B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with leadership in the identification of HR objectives, programs, policies and procedures.
  • Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, recognition, retention and engagement.
  • Consults with employees and leaders to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data to create scalable HR solutions.
  • Coaches, influences and communicates effectively.
  • Maintains confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.
  • Document product and therapy related reports.
  • Complete required training and competency confirmations.
  • Comply with applicable quality system procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
