The HR Business Partner is a key member of the management team and responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives. The position serves as an advisor to management and employees on all HR topics. This position will report to the General Manager with dotted line to the Director, HR Business Partner. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion who assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position fosters partnerships to deliver value-added service and support.
