About The Position

Sika is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team. This is a field-based role supporting numerous vertical markets by providing tactical and strategic support to senior and people managers. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on elevating the business support provided. The role is based in the UK with sites in Leeds, Redditch, Preston, and Welwyn Garden City. While ideally located commutable to one of these sites, flexibility to travel between sites and some homeworking is required.

Requirements

CIPD L5 or Equivalent
Track record of managing complex ER cases
A Self-Starter with the ability to operate independently and delegate
Ability to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify opportunities for value-adding initiatives and initiate action
A coaching mentality to enable managers
Down to earth and pragmatic
A commitment to DE&I

Responsibilities

Develop and drive a bespoke People Agenda with Key Stakeholders relevant to specific Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
Improve capability, knowledge, and decision-making of people managers in all people-related matters.
Identify and develop key talent within areas of responsibility in collaboration with Key Stakeholders.
Enhance individual, management, and team performance throughout the HR lifecycle.
Source, identify, develop, and retain talent.
