The Human Resource Business Partner will support department tasking while acting as a strategic advisor to align HR strategies with organizational goals using technology. The focus will be on day-to-day tasking while working closely with the internal Transformation team on identifying and implementing automation and artificial intelligence. Must be experienced with standard HR metrics and understanding of state and federal regulations. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with the assigned supervisor, and staying focused on the assigned tasks.
