Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with HRIS systems and HR data analytics
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts
Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion a positive workplace culture
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
Support change management efforts and organizational development programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
