As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR policies and practices with the needs and goals of the business units you support. You will also provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on various HR matters, such as talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Role is 100% onsite in Deer Park, TX.
