About The Position

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Kinston, NC. In this role you will be a strategic HR Business Partner for the Business. Preparing and supporting the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of the Business performance. Our team works cross-departmentally as well as with our global counterparts to ensure we are making a positive impact on all aspects of our employee experience. Your Working Environment: The Airbus Aerosystems Kinston facility sits at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing, specializing in the production of large, advanced composite aerostructures. Our team builds critical components for the state-of-the-art Airbus A350 XWB, including the composite center fuselage and wing spar. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience
  • 6 years of progressive HR experience in a CoE or generalist role
  • Experience working in a multi-functional international environment or Aerospace
  • Authorized to Work in the US

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM certifications strongly desired
