This role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality HR products/services to assigned client groups in HR related disciplines which may include, but is not limited to, performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and employee relations matters. The HR Business Partner will serve as an extension of our Workplace Relations team, supporting manager guidance on policy application, performance and disciplinary support, intake and documentation reviews. HR Business Partners gather information, screen potential cases, and manage the fact-finding phase of the process by collecting documents, evaluating initial claims, and scheduling follow up consultations. Information gathering includes conducting the initial intake screen, gathering relevant documentation, navigating applicable policies and procedures, and partnering with team members and/or escalating to team members as appropriate. They are responsible for document management such as entering and closing cases within a Case Management System (CMS) and ensuring documentation is maintained appropriately. The HR Business Partner is also responsible for follow up actions and communications with employees and leaders who engage their support to include updates following intake and scheduling calls with the responsible investigator/advisor as appropriate.
