About The Position

The HR Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR leadership for Operations, Sales, and Corporate functional groups. This role recommends and implements HR initiatives that assist the team in meeting annual revenue and profit goals. The position oversees the recruiting and onboarding process to ensure talent needed for current and future growth. It also focuses on developing employees' abilities and capabilities through mentoring, training, and performance management, enabling them to grow and see a long-term future with the company. The HR Business Partner manages the performance review and compensation process, ensuring fair and competitive pay practices that reflect individual contributions. This role works with the leadership team on employee engagement initiatives and action planning/follow-up. The position independently develops approaches to address employee relations issues, advises managers on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and ensures company compliance with all governmental and labor legal requirements and government reporting. Additionally, the HR Business Partner coaches managers in making promotions and pay decisions, and in completing the performance management process to ensure annual feedback is provided to staff. They manage performance and development plans for staff and identify and drive programs that result in successful HR metrics such as turnover, training, and performance. Other related duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field required.
  • 5-8 years of HR-related experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive professional experience in HR positions.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of all HR functional areas including, onboarding, training and development, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Practices a high level of confidentiality.
  • Superior organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion and professionalism.
  • Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in an international manufacturing organization strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with UKG strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive programs that result in successful HR metrics: turnover, training & performance.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
