About The Position

Reporting to the VP of People (Americas), the HRBP serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resource-related issues. Acting as an employee champion and change agent, the HRBP partners with leadership to establish and drive HR programs and practices that support the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
  • Technology systems preferred: Workday, UKG, Google Suites, Excel, ADP, etc.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a consultative and collaborative HRBP approach is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Analyze HR data and trends to make recommendations that improve retention, productivity, and culture
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
