This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the experience, capability and success of Anglicare Victoria’s people. As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with managers, employees, and functional teams to understand issues, develop solutions, and build capability. Whether advising, coaching, or delivering a project directly, you will help improve the employee experience and strengthen workforce outcomes. You will bring strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with experience in one or more People & Culture areas. You are confident using data to identify trends, balancing competing priorities, and turning ideas into practical solutions. Most importantly, you champion an inclusive, purpose-led culture and make a real difference for our people. This is a full-time permanent role, office-based with the flexibility to work 1-2 days from home. Our HR Business Partners go beyond reactive problem-solving; they align HR initiatives with business goals, acting as a critical partner to senior leaders to shape people strategies that support growth and agility. We offer regular catch-ups in Melbourne for you to connect with the wider P&C team. We are proud to be both a Rainbow Tick and DCA accredited Organisation, so our inclusive culture is not only demonstrated but also recognized and celebrated.
