We are seeking a self-motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a high degree of analytical skills coupled with HR Generalist capabilities to join the Human Resources Team. The HRBP provides professional generalist advice and support to all facets of the business with a primary focus on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, job evaluation and organizational design. The HRBP will sometimes be called upon to support Recruitment in the areas of selection, classification, and compensation. The successful candidate will be required to have strong knowledge on Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights. The HRBP will have working knowledge and the ability to enter and extract data using the HRIS systems. The HRBP will prepare reporting on employee demographics, trends, and projections to senior management. While the role is locally based out of our Fort McKay office, there will be requirement to travel to our site locations in order to liaise, build relationships and conduct business with your assigned teams. Flexibility, adaptability and enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment will be key to success in this HRBP role.
