We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leadership, driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen culture, and enable Fulcrum’s continued growth. You’ll play a key role in areas such as talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement—helping our teams reach their full potential while aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with leadership at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with change management and driving cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support overall business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, retention, and development, ensuring that the right talent is hired, engaged, and nurtured for long-term success.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining a fair and compliant approach.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and developing strategies for employee growth and development.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement initiatives that foster organizational change, improve team dynamics, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and trends to develop insights and drive decisions that improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Change Management: Lead HR-related change initiatives, working with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees on HR best practices, leadership development, and conflict management.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive pay structures and comprehensive benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
