As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on employee engagement, career development, and succession planning. Additionally, you will play an active role in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to identify process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance HR practices and policies.
