The HR Business Partner role brings Courage, Curiosity, and Compassion to life by supporting leaders and associates directly in our stores; showing up, following through, and helping teams succeed where the work happens. This hands on HR role partners closely with field leaders on employee relations, performance support, onboarding, and day to day people needs, while also jumping into retail initiatives, projects, and operational execution. You’ll be in the details, in the field, and in the moment, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring our HR programs land with consistency, care, and impact across the retail organization. This is a Southeast Michigan–based position, with a hybrid schedule, on site at Headquarters when not supporting stores in the Michigan market.
