About The Position

Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting the Supply Chain function and business leaders by aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and HR program execution to support business performance and growth at the Añasco site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in HR or HR-related roles.
  • Experience working in HR Business Partner or Project Manager roles.
  • Knowledge of staffing strategies, workforce planning, and talent management practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies with business outcomes.
  • Experience with organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
  • Experience working with HR analytics, workforce data, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
  • Understanding of HR governance, compliance, and employee relations practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Availability to work 100% on-site in Añasco, Puerto Rico.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner providing guidance aligned with business and people strategy.
  • Support organizational effectiveness by analyzing workforce data, organizational health, and business insights.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure optimal organizational structure to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
  • Support annual operating plans, workforce planning, and long-range financial planning initiatives.
  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, including restructuring and post-change effectiveness planning.
  • Support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities including due diligence, integration, and change management.
  • Develop and execute talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain critical talent.
  • Lead site-level talent management activities aligned with global talent management calendars.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop staffing strategies and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Drive succession planning activities and strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Support workforce planning aligned with business initiatives such as expansions, product launches, or operational changes.
  • Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Provide leadership coaching and guidance on performance management, team effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
  • Support HR program implementation including performance management processes, job architecture, and policy deployment.
  • Facilitate candidate slate approvals, interviews, and offer processes for key roles.
  • Support compensation planning activities in collaboration with Total Rewards teams.
  • Assist with contractor management activities including hiring, negotiations, and merit adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
