Job Purpose and Impact The Professional, HR Business Partner - Plant - Protein job supports a manufacturing plant within the Cargill Protein North America group by executing moderately complex people and culture processes aligned to plant and regional priorities. This role partners with plant leadership to implement workforce plans, engagement and learning initiatives, and talent activities, while delivering day‑to-day HR support for an hourly workforce. The position is accountable for executing regulatory compliance requirements and providing company-based employee relations services, including conflict resolution, investigations, and employee experience matters, while using HR and workforce metrics to identify trends, manage risk, and recommend practical actions that improve performance, engagement, and compliance at the plant level.
