Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $153,000.00 What’s the role? As an HR Business Partner primarily supporting our Operations and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success. You’ll work closely with managers and leaders, providing thoughtful guidance on a wide range of people topics while helping to build engaged, high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on execution with growing strategic exposure, and who takes pride in strong follow-through and delivering high-quality work. This is a full-time position reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner . This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office.
