About The Position

The HR Business Partner, Manager plays a strategic leadership role in aligning people strategies with business objectives across assigned departments or functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to all levels of employees and provides high-level guidance on organizational design, talent management, change management, and performance optimization.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business partner to the organization to build effective teams and achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with departmental leaders to provide strategic guidance and workforce planning support.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of Distribution Center employees
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with overall business strategy
  • Analyzes HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement,) to recommend data-driven solutions and improvements.
  • Manage and develop HR members for future HR leaders.
  • Administers and execute routine tasks to include reasonable accommodation, termination, disciplinary action etc.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the HR team.
  • Supports compensation reviews, job evaluations, and other initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with department needs and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal, state and local requirements
  • Other roles and responsibilities as needed

  • The pay range for this role is $100,000-$115-000/yr USD.
