TE Connectivity's HR Business Partners implement global Human Resources policies at the subregional plant level for the business unit while partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management) and has responsibility for their roll-out / execution. They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization and work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development. In addition, HR Business Partners participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change, etc.) The ICT business unit HRBP - Plant serves as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to Plant Leaders and in country senior Management. This position is located on-site, but a hybrid work schedule will also be considered
