About The Position

The HRBP Integrated Supply Chain provides strategy to align business goals with Rockwell Automation polices, process and programs by guiding organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and creating talent effectiveness programs. You will demonstrate functional expertise and be seen as coach and trusted advisor to leaders, while supporting the leaders to create a positive work environment. You will support two Senior leaders reporting our Chief Supply Chain Officer plus additional Directors and will support a global workforce requiring acceptance to work early mornings or late evenings to accommodate multiple time zones. You will report to our HR Director Integrated Supply Chain and will work out of our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in human resources or related field
  • 8+ years of project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to define short-term and long-term organization development requirements (workforce planning, development, culture, etc.).
  • Guide successful execution of new programs, including the rollout of programs focused on organizational and cultural change.
  • Partner with global HR colleagues, COEs, HR Enablement, and business leaders to create focus on our goals, including delivery of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Provide project management within organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Partner with leaders through leading change projects to help set clear expectations, provide knowledge, resources, evaluation measures, and developing strength in leadership team to lead change.
  • Ensure leadership capability for the business and the development of leadership competency within the business.
  • Facilitate the Talent Review process, including succession planning.
  • Use insights from discussions with leaders to address leadership gaps and opportunities and ensure the creation of development plans to bridge the gaps.
  • Ensure agreement between business requirements and Rockwell Automation's HR policies.
  • Has responsibility for identifying and leading HR strategies and programs within these business/functions.
  • Partner with leaders to assess, develop and retain talent.
  • Advise and assist VP/Directors, and other appropriate business leaders regarding employee performance issues and actions required for improvement.
  • Understand the business environment and plans (competitors, growth, new products, technologies, etc.…) and the impact on immediate and longer-term talent needs.
  • Bring knowledge of our strategy and provide reliable guidance to business.
  • Provide counsel to business leaders to encourage trust building, information sharing, respect, and inclusion resulting in greater personal and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach leaders to build organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with business leaders to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Partner with leaders to create a culture of inclusion where all employees feel valued and see Rockwell Automation as a place where they can do their best work.
