About The Position

As an HR Business Partner at Hims & Hers, you will be the dedicated People partner for our Care organization, which sits with our broader Technology org. You will work closely with leaders up to VP level to ensure their teams are aligned, high-performing, and set up to deliver on our ambitious product roadmap. This role will also support the individual contributors and frontline managers throughout the rest of the Technology organization. This role requires a professional with advanced, wide-ranging experience. You will be expected to resolve complex professional issues with independent judgment, acting as a subject matter resource for your stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced tech organizations.
  • Experience supporting complex LOA and Accommodation cases is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design) and how they apply to exempt and non-exempt team members.
  • Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet the needs of different functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Care Team leaders to refine roles and responsibilities across the organization.
  • Help teams navigate the "why," "how," and "when" of delivery to reduce friction and increase speed.
  • Advise frontline managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics throughout the Tech org.
  • Act as a coach to help emerging leaders manage through Hims & Hers’ scale.
  • Drive the execution of our performance culture, including leading the semi-annual review process for your groups and ensuring that high-performing talent is recognized and rewarded.
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters or organizational bottlenecks within the Care team.
  • Support leaders in planning for leaves of absences and reasonable accommodations.
  • Act as the "go-to" person for all things People-related within your assigned functions.
  • Translate People Team priorities into actionable departmental goals.
  • Partner with other HRBPs and the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless end-to-end talent experience for your business groups.
  • Assist leaders in planning their team structures and headcount needs.
  • Ensure that hiring and retention plans are aligned with the goal of elevating our AI-powered personalized care experience.
