HR Business Partner - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20 hrs/week
About The Position
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced HR leaders based in the EU or UK to boost the accuracy, depth, and practical value of AI-powered HR and people management solutions. This role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs on topics such as HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change. You will evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices, draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies, create scenario variations from different perspectives, and identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content. Essentially, you will use your real-world knowledge to help AI systems truly understand and reason about the HR function at scale.
Requirements
- A senior HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations lead, talent leader, or similar
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, employee relations, or transformative people projects
- Strong at assessing HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change
- Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices
- Draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting your hands-on experience in real organizations
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member)
- Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content
