The HR Business Analyst, Reporting & Analytics plays a key role in advancing SAIT’s HR systems, reporting, and data analytics capabilities. This position partners closely with HR, IT, and institutional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions that improve processes, enhance data quality, and enable informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, and data analysis, with a strong focus on optimizing HR systems, strengthening reporting and insights, and supporting continuous improvement across HR operations. The ideal candidate brings experience in HR technology, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change.
