About The Position

We’re looking for an HR & Bookkeeping Specialist to support both our people and financial operations at Mundo-Tech. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep things running smoothly—supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring everything from onboarding to invoices is handled correctly. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and like having a variety in your day, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care
  • Comfortable working across both HR and accounting tasks
  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with systems like BambooHR, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding (paperwork, employee setup, compliance forms)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance
  • Support payroll updates and employee changes
  • Help administer benefits (health insurance, 401k, PTO tracking)
  • Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling
  • Answer employee questions about pay, benefits, and policies
  • Draft and send HR communications and updates
  • Track training, certifications, and required documentation
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reporting
  • Assist with payroll reconciliation
  • Work with external partners (CPA, vendors) as needed
