JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and maintains company benefits programs. Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters. Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents, in addition to processing all benefit transactions. Will work closely with both the Human Resources and Safety Department. Will also be responsible for a variety of HR/Safety-related functions, performing benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, preparing regular reports, and assisting with projects as needed.
