Purpose: The HR Benefits & Leave Management Specialist is responsible for administering the company’s benefit plans and managing all employee leaves of absence. This role supports employees by providing guidance on benefit eligibility, enrollment, claims, and leave processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. This position is in office 5 days a week for the first 3 months (training period). Then reverts to hybrid model of 4 days in office and 1 day working remote each week.
