We are searching for a Benefits and Leave Specialist to serve as a key resource for the organization. This role is responsible for day-to-day compliant administration and coordination of the benefits and leave programs for the organization, and serves as the main contact for the communication and administration of employee benefits, employee leave management, and the successful completion of compliance reporting. The Benefits and Leave Specialist will work closely in partnership with other members of the Human Resources (HR) team in support of the organization’s operational needs.
