About The Position

LogicGate is seeking an HR Associate to support the coordination and administration of key People Team programs. This role will focus on shaping the day-to-day employee experience by managing onboarding, recognition, swag, engagement, and learning programs. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, enjoys scaling and executing programs, and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, HR, and partners with the HRBP team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR/People Operations coordination or specialist role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong Foundation in HR Operations: Experience supporting or administering HR programs such as onboarding, recognition, or engagement surveys.
  • Proficiency with HR tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional Communication & Discretion: A collaborative style paired with high integrity and values-orientation to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
  • Clear and professional written & verbal communication skills.
  • AI Literacy & Tech-Forward Mindset: Basic familiarity with or eagerness to learn how to leverage AI tools.
  • An "Owner-Operator" Mentality: Proven ability to balance multiple competing tasks, operate with urgency, remain organized with attention to detail, and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Company onboarding program, including scheduling, logistics, and session content.
  • Conduct regular audits of onboarding content, delivery methods, and tools to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of the internal swag platform, including fulfilling orders, managing the company store, and tracking program spend.
  • Coordinate company-wide recognition programs, such as monthly values shout-outs and Goat of the Month awards.
  • Lead the execution logistics, timelines, and communications for the annual experience survey and monitor cross-functional action plans.
  • Synthesize survey data into structured summaries and presentation materials for HRBPs and Senior Leadership.
  • Own the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of learning systems, coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions, and serve as the main point of contact for employee system access.
  • Draft and distribute organization-wide L&D communications and conduct regular content and completion audits.
  • Review internal People Team communications for consistent voice and tone, and partner with Marketing to incorporate branding assets.
  • Provide general administrative support across People Team initiatives and utilize generative AI tools to draft, edit, and refresh communications and program content.
