This role will manage our organization's entire recruitment cycle experience and provide HR support to our faculty and school leadership. The workforce averages less than 120. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people start and grow their careers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds value in tracking metrics to showcase progress and spot opportunities for improvement. The position involves impactful work recruiting teachers, teacher aides, and administrators for JMS Celebree Schools in Canton, Columbia, Glen Burnie, and Owings Mills, MD. It also includes assisting with onboarding and other HR activities to ensure new staff members feel welcomed and supported, and engaging in professional development and contributing to department optimization through research and pilot programs.
