  • Experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative HR support in benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, and onboarding.
  • Manage recruiting tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employment verifications.
  • Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support HR compliance programs and company culture initiatives.
  • Coordinate All-Company Townhall meetings.
