About The Position

The Human Resources Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations and serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. This role assists with onboarding, recruitment support, employee records management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, HR compliance, and HRIS data entry. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, professional, and experienced in administrative support within Human Resources. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, and HR events
  • Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits, and compliance tasks
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in HRIS and internal systems
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned
