The HR Assistant provides hands-on Human Resources and full life-cycle recruiting support for the corporate office. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data management, benefits administration, compliance reporting, employee engagement, and general HR operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys both recruiting execution and HR administration in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
