About The Position

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in delivering excellent service to applicants, employees, and visitors. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in various areas of Human employee records, and general office support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Generalist with processes
  • Help maintain accurate and organized employee records and files
  • Provide front-office support, and greeting visitors
  • Assist with preparing HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Help promote company policies and positive workplace culture
  • Perform data entry and assist with HRIS system tasks
  • Support various HR projects and administrative duties as assigned
  • Document activities and maintain records in a timely manner
  • Act as a reliable team player with strong communication skills
