The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations, works closely with the HR Director, and performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the facility's human resource department. The position assists with and facilitates the HR processes including: Record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS management (data entry). Keeps Personnel files current with new policies, certifications, licenses, 30-Day, 90-Day and Annual Evaluations, change of status, department and wages forms, job descriptions, and annual evaluations and competencies. New hire functions to include all functions of the onboarding process via iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. Performs customer service functions for both internal and external calls by answering telephone calls, employee questions and directs phone calls and/or takes messages.
