The Recruiter & HR Assistant is primarily responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Green Top Farms, with a focus on culinary, operations, and front-of-house roles. In addition to the core recruiting mandate, this role provides administrative and coordination support to the broader People function and serves as interim coverage for administrative HR tasks when the HR Generalist is out of office or unavailable. The majority of the role (approximately 65-70%) is dedicated to recruitment. The remainder (approximately 30-35%) supports administrative HR responsibilities including onboarding, HRIS data entry, payroll support, employee file maintenance, and compliance coordination.
