Human Resources Assistant Shift - Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm Keystone Health is offering an exciting entry‑level opportunity to join our Human Resources (HR) team. The HR Assistant coordinates and carries out personnel-related matters concerning the organization's employees. Primary responsibilities include full‑cycle recruitment, talent acquisition (hiring and onboarding), compensation and benefits support, and the management of employee records and documentation. The candidate must be meticulous, be able to multi-task, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience and/or training in all aspects of human resources, preferably in the medical field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The candidate must be meticulous
  • be able to multi-task
  • demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Microsoft and Excel applications, recruitment ATS, and knowledge of working with an HRIS is strongly preferred.
