As the HR and Recruiting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily HR operations and overseeing the entire cycle of global recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them. In addition to talent acquisition, you will handle HR support tickets, travel arrangements, purchasing, and other routine administrative duties. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong focus on processes who excels at ensuring departmental operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in HR administration preferred.
  • Experience with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding domestic and international staff.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS, e-signature tools (e.g., HelloSign), and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to voice ideas to leadership, balance independent work with teamwork, and model a servant-leadership mindset.
  • Skill in tailoring written and verbal communication for executives, international teams, and candidates.
  • Ability to pivot easily between HR and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage task queues, meet deadlines, and track metrics with high attention to detail.
  • Capacity to maintain strict discretion with sensitive employee, payroll, and financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle domestic and international recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and extending final agreements.
  • Coordinate global onboarding processes in BambooHR and Paylocity, which includes managing background checks, compliance forms (I-9, W-4, policies), and ensuring secure document storage.
  • Prepare self-billing invoices for international contractors.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process employment verifications, and track company events, trainings, and anniversaries.
  • Coordinate executive travel and manage corporate purchasing as directed by HR and Finance leadership.
