Join our Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services team as HR Manager for People Services, leading HR operations across the US and Canada to support the growing cruise services business. This role involves being the expert for US employment law, tax, and payroll queries, ensuring compliance and employee support. The manager will evolve the People Services function into a high-performing, customer-centric service, delivering exceptional day-to-day HR operational support. Responsibilities include refining and redefining processes across all HR services to create an efficient and effective function for the future, and actively participating in HR systems development to transition towards digital HR services. The position also requires building and maintaining a solid foundation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency, and providing clear guidance and communications to managers and employees. The manager will ensure accurate payroll delivery, effective benefit programs, and strong HR operations through best practices, standardization, and robust process governance, including data integrity. Additionally, the role involves leading, developing, and supporting the local HR team while partnering with global stakeholders and HRBPs to provide expert employment guidance, drive engagement, and build a strong talent pipeline.
