About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and creative individual to join our team as an HR & Marketing Administrator. This is a unique role that blends people operations, administration, and marketing support—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and being at the centre of a fast-paced construction environment. In this role, you will help shape both our workplace culture and our external brand presence.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Basic marketing experience, including familiarity with social media platforms and confidence capturing and posting photos/content.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable style.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Valid driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Help bring our brand to life by capturing and sharing photos of our construction projects, showcasing our work, and keeping our website and social media channels fresh, engaging, and up to date.
• Be the first impression of our company—welcoming visitors and creating a positive, professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
• Track and maintain employee training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and update HRIS (BambooHR), including data entry, audits, and employee file management.
• Order, track, and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
• Provide administrative support to HR and H&S.
• Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, team lunches, and company events.
• Support IT-related requests by filtering and directing them to the appropriate areas for resolution.
