Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking an organised and personable HR Advisor for a new, collaborative role supporting two leading local charities: Buckinghamshire Mind and Oxfordshire Mind. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting the staff and managers at Buckinghamshire Mind. The HR Advisor is responsible for managing the full spectrum of employee relations casework, from informal coaching to formal investigations. You will be the first point of contact for all ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment law while championing a culture of fairness and best practice that empowers managers to handle people issues confidently. The purpose of this role is to act as the dedicated, on-the-ground HR professional for Buckinghamshire Mind, providing high-quality, pragmatic, and compassionate HR support and guidance to its employees and managers.
