To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Adv. Sr. Specialist in our plant in Tanger.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in employee engagement, internal communication, labor relations, or organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations practices, policies, and employment regulations.
  • Hands-on experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management.
  • Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional and cross-plant projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Design and execute internal communication strategies that promote organizational culture, values, and business objectives.
  • Support and advise management on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS-related activities, ensuring data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.
  • Coordinate and monitor cross-functional and cross-plant projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
  • Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for management and employees.
  • Act as a key point of contact for engagement, communication, and HR-related projects.
