About The Position

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting our growing and dynamic workforce by managing the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees supporting our customer base. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where onboarding requirements vary by client and compliance standards are constantly evolving. In addition to core HR administrative responsibilities, this role will support ancillary functions—such as talent acquisition support and operational tasks—during periods of lower onboarding volume.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration, onboarding, staffing, or a related role
  • Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of onboarding compliance, employment documentation, and HR best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously with varying requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, ATS platforms, and other internal systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires supporting multiple customers, each with unique compliance, credentialing, and documentation requirements
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurately collected, completed, and stored in accordance with internal policies and client-specific requirements
  • Manage background checks, drug screenings, employment eligibility verification (I-9), and other pre-employment compliance activities
  • Track and monitor onboarding progress to ensure employees are cleared and ready to start on time
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
  • Execute offboarding procedures, including system access termination, documentation updates, and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and related tools
  • Talent Acquisition support activities, including maintaining and updating greenfield job postings and internal job listings
  • Assisting with job posting administration across job boards and internal systems
  • Supporting HR operational tasks such as data entry, reporting, audits, and process documentation
  • Assisting with compliance tracking and internal process improvements
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support business needs
