About The Position

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our human resources team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in human resources or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR department
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software, such as UltiPro or Workday, is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing and maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent management
  • Respond to employee questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to HR practices
  • Schedule interviews and maintain interview schedules and records
  • Provide support for other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
