Enjoy a full 1-hour lunch break in a structured 40-hour work week. No weekends, no nights! This is a 100% on-site position based in our Concord, NH office. Remote work or hybrid schedules are not available for this role. What You’ll Do As the "glue" of our HR department, you will ensure our operations run smoothly and our employees feel supported. Be the Face of HR: Greet visitors and employees, answer routine inquiries, and manage the HR inbox with professionalism and warmth. Master the Records: Keep our employee databases and personnel files accurate, confidential, and audit ready. Prepare and route for approval the quarterly State of NH loan repayment verification requests. Champion Onboarding: Help welcome new hires by preparing packets, scheduling sessions, and ensuring they have everything they need for a great Day One. Support the Team: Draft HR correspondence, process invoices, coordinate exit interviews, and assist with special projects for HR leadership. Collaborate Broadly: Provide backup administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team when needed, helping with events and office logistics. Requirements

  • Organization: You have a "knack" for keeping track of details and meeting deadlines.
  • Discretion: You understand the importance of confidentiality and handle sensitive info with care.
  • Communication: You’re a clear writer and a friendly, helpful communicator.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Mission-Driven: You’re eager to learn about employment laws and best practices while promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, additional HR certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, along with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
